Processing Time
Once you place an order with serenigemshop, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Each item is carefully prepared and spiritually cleansed before shipment to ensure it arrives with positive energy.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates at checkout reflect the chosen shipping option and do not account for potential processing delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivery Estimates – Domestic Orders
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Note: Free standard shipping applies to orders over $100 USD within the United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take longer than the estimated times.
Delivery Estimates – International Orders

Orders over $200 USD are eligible for free standard international shipping.

Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, but dates cannot be guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and local taxes. These fees are determined by your country and are not included in checkout totals.
Important: If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. For guidance on local import duties, contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages sent to incorrect addresses or PO Boxes may be delayed or misdelivered. taovibestudio is not liable for losses in these cases.
For international shipments, we use reliable carriers, but if a package is returned as “Return to Sender”, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it.
Lost Packages
We partner with trusted carriers, but occasionally packages may be lost in transit. If a carrier certifies your package as lost, you may request a replacement by contacting info@taovibestudio.com with your order number and relevant details.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend providing a secure delivery location to prevent issues.
