Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

We’re extending our return and exchange window for the holiday season!
Purchases made between November 6, 2024, and December 24, 2024 are eligible for replacement or exchange until January 31, 2025. For refunds, our standard 30-day return policy still applies.

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

  • All orders (except sale items, earrings, and personalized/engraved collections) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

  • Replacements are available if the item is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase. (Please note: damages caused by regular wear and tear are not eligible.)

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Wellness products (such as incense, candles, essential oils, or soaps) cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • After an exchange is made, the exchanged item(s) are no longer eligible for refunds.

For items above $49 purchased within 1 year, if defective, customers may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item (subject to availability).

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days once received. Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements of the exact item. If unavailable, you may select a different product.

Return Instructions

If Using a Company-Provided Label

  1. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging.

  2. Include a note with your order number and reason for return (Refund / Replacement / Exchange).

  3. Ship the package back within 3 business days.

  4. Seal the package securely.

If Using Your Own Shipping Method

  • You may ship with a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as taovibestudio is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking.

  • Please include your order number and reason for return inside the package.

International Orders

  • Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds must be made within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier).

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If a replacement is needed due to product damage, taovibestudio will ship the replacement to you free of charge.

  • Exchanges requested by the customer will require an additional shipping fee.

  • Items under final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancelations

  • Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of being placed for a full refund.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before processing for a full refund.

Promotions

  • Only one promo code may be used per order.

  • Special sales are valid only during the stated promotional period.
