When will my order ship?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days. Before shipping, each item is carefully cleansed and blessed in accordance with Taoist-inspired rituals to ensure it carries pure and positive energy when it reaches you. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5–7 business days during peak seasons for processing.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on location. Customers usually receive their orders within 1–2 weeks, while international orders may take longer due to customs clearance. Pre-order items require additional preparation and will typically ship within 3–4 weeks after purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase, except for sale items and earrings (for hygiene reasons). During the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day exchange period for orders placed between November 1 and December 31.
Please note: spiritual items that have been opened or used—such as incense, sage, candles, or cleansing tools—cannot be returned or exchanged, as their energetic purity cannot be restored once activated. After an exchange has been made, the item(s) are no longer eligible for refund.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, bank transfers, and certain local payment methods depending on your location. All transactions are processed securely to ensure both financial safety and energetic integrity.
Do you have a buy now, pay later option?
At this time, we do not offer installment or “buy now, pay later” options. All purchases are processed as a single payment.
Sales and Promo Codes
Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, prorated, or applied retroactively. As a token of gratitude, after your first order, you may receive a special discount code for your second purchase.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Sales tax is automatically applied according to local laws and regulations based on your shipping address. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled if their status is still “in process.” Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of our carriers, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
We strive to minimize additional costs, but international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of your items and your shipping location. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring that your orders are handled with care.

I didn’t receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?
A confirmation email with your order number is automatically sent after your purchase. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it. If you still haven’t received it, email us at info@taovibestudio.com and we will assist you.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Customers usually receive orders within 1–3 weeks, although international deliveries may take longer due to customs procedures. Pre-ordered items will typically ship 3–4 weeks after purchase.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
To ensure the fastest delivery, some items may be shipped separately, depending on availability and preparation time.
I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.
Please allow 2–3 business days after the shipment date for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Where are my items coming from?
All of our products are handcrafted with care by artisans rooted in Chinese spiritual traditions and shipped from our fulfillment center.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please review the address listed in your confirmation email. If there is an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@taovibestudio.com.
Please note: Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot update the shipping address. In that case, you will need to work directly with your carrier to redirect the package. Failure to provide the correct shipping address may result in delays or misdelivery, for which serenigemshop is not liable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing, typically 10–21 business days, even for express shipping. Any taxes, import duties, or fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I exchange something that I purchased online at a retail location?
All exchanges must be processed through the original point of purchase. For online orders, please contact us at info@taovibestudio.com to initiate an exchange and then ship the item(s) back to us.
The item I received doesn’t look like the picture on the website.
Each of our items is handcrafted and unique, especially genuine stones and talismans. Variations in color, size, or pattern are natural and part of their spiritual essence. If your item appears significantly different from what you expected, please send a photo of the item and your order confirmation to info@taovibestudio.com so we can verify and assist.
My item is broken.
While our products are made with care and attention to detail, delicate handcrafts may occasionally break. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@taovibestudio.com with a photo of the item and your receipt.

Replacements are offered for defective items within 30 days of purchase.

Damage caused by normal wear does not qualify for replacement.

For certain higher-priced items (proof of purchase required), a special discount code may be provided for replacement within one year.
Can I get a price adjustment on my item?
Our prices reflect the care, energy, and craftsmanship invested in each piece. Prices may change due to material costs or availability, and we do not offer retroactive price adjustments.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
Most orders (excluding sale items, earrings, and engraved collections) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase.
