Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect the selected shipping method and do not include processing time. We appreciate your patience during this stage.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the selected destination.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Y&H does not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping charges are calculated individually to ensure fair and accurate rates.
Delivery Estimates – Domestic Orders (U.S.)
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
Delivery Estimates – International Orders
International delivery times typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on destination country, customs processing, and local courier services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee or checkout total.
If customs charges are refused and a package is returned to us, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund. Additional fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Y&H is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
For international shipments returned as “Return to Sender”, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We work with reliable shipping partners; however, delays or losses may occasionally occur.
If a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@taovibestudio.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the case and assist where appropriate.
Y&H is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to avoid issues.
